You are solely responsible for the content you add to your profile, including your display name, location text, and external links (Instagram, TikTok, and custom URLs).

To maintain a safe and reliable environment, you agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property and Content License

The custom code, user interface design, assets, and architecture of dutdut.dev are the intellectual property of the site owner. By inputting public profile data, links, or interacting via "hypes" and friends lists, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that data across the platform to facilitate its social functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Clause

dutdut.dev is a personal development project. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding continuous uptime, permanent storage of friend networks or favorites, or the security of external user links.

The site owner shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, loss of profile data, or interactions with third-party links shared by other users.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
